PAC Annual General Meeting 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

The parent council will be holding their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, May 25th.
During the annual general meeting, elections for the executive will be held and an updated constitution will be presented for approval.
The following positions on the executive are open:
Chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary, treasurer, up to seven members at large
The current constitution was written at a time when there were three language programs in the school and many articles in the constitution are outdated or not relevant in the current circumstances. The parent council decided it was easier to start over writing a completely new constitution rather than consider amendments line by line. The parent council reviewed several constitutions from other councils and created a new one. This new constitution will be presented for review and approval at the AGM.
All parents are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting and find out more about the work of the parent council.
